The cost of pre-designed courses delivered in-house to non-training and non-educational organisations, within the United Kingdom is modest, at three housand Pounds (£3,000.00) per day, based on a maximum of 10 delegates. A eight hundred pounds (£800.00) per day surcharge is levied for each additional delegate in attendance. Those delivered on behalf of other training and educational organisations attract a fee of four thousand Pounds (GB£4,000.00) per day, based on a maximum of 10 delegates. A one thousand Pounds (GB£1,000.00) surcharge is levied for each additional delegate in attendance. No other costs are involved; No travel expenses claim; No subsistence costs, etc. However, an additional amount will be levied on courses delivered outside the UK, to cover the cost of travel and accommodation, etc. These costs include all paper-based materials used, such as course guides and course supplements, HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute. Postgraduate Diploma, HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute. Diploma Postgraduate, or Certificate of Attendance and Participation. Some organisational resources may be required for use on the courses. These include CD and DVD Players, Data Projectors, Projection Screens and chart. These requirements are simply to facilitate lighter travelling and will be provided by the consultant, where they are either unavailable or inaccessible in the training room. This pricing strategy applies to consultancy activities and training courses delivered outside the United Kingdom (UK), with a modest addition to cover extra costs involved.

The cost of seminars or public courses in the UK is currently based on six hundred Pounds (£600.00) per delegate per day. Therefore, a five-day course costs three thousand Pounds (GB£3,000.00), plus VAT. Courses delivered outside the UK costs six hundred and eighty pounds (£680.00) per day or three thousand four hundred Pounds (£3,400.00) for a five days. VAT is paid on courses delivered in Europe but not on those delivered in countries outside Europe. The costs of Postgraduate Diploma Courses, which are of a minimum of one months duration, are usually discounted to encourage the take-up of the complete programme, as opposed to the studying of individual modules, on an accumulative basis. All costs are reviewed periodically and might result in changes.
The cost of general and specific consultancy services varies and is determined by the Chief Consultant, following the initial contact and subsequent entry. It is based on specific formula, which takes account of:
The nature of the problem and urgency of the case
The number of key personnel who will be involved
The estimated length of time involved
The technical administrative support that will be required
Each Training Pack includes all relevant training materials including an Electronic Presentation Disc (CD/DVD), Course Guide and Course Supplement. The licence facilitates multi-site reproduction and usage of the materials, in their original or adapted format - whenever or wherever the organisation (or public sector department) wishes, within its establishment. Customised packs are organisation-specific and are owned by the client organisation, with copyright being owned by HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute..
Pre-designed training packs are available for all listed courses
Training packs incorporate:
Electronic Presentation Disc (CD/DVD)
Presentation Slides
Course Guides, with Delegate Activities and Evaluation Exercises
Course Supplements
Tutors Guides
Electronic Support
The cost of pre-designed training packs is based on the duration of the course, at two thousand Pounds (GB£2,000.00) per day. A Training Pack for a two-day course, therefore, costs four thousand Dollars (GB£4,000.00). Power Point Electronic Presentations without the additional materials such as Course Guides and Course Supplements cost one thousand Pounds (GB£1,000.00) for each day of the course.
The cost of Customised Training Packs takes development time into account. The cost, therefore, represents standard cost plus a reflection of the cost of the time that it takes to develop the material. However, the cost of pre-designed Training Packs is usually four thousand Pounds (GB£4,000.00) for each day of the course. Therefore, the cost of a two day customised course will be eight thousand Pounds (GB8,000.00), plus developmental costs.
All client cancellations must be made in writing (by fax, e-mail or post) but may be subject to a surcharge. If we receive your notice of cancellation by 14 days before the seminar is scheduled to take place, or consultancy activity is scheduled to begin, only a registration fee or administrative cost is payable. In the case of courses or seminars, a two hundred Pounds (£200.00) registration fee per delegate is payable. A 10% administration fee is payable for consultancy or in-house training, based on the total cost of these activities. If cancellation notice is received between 13 and 7 days before, a charge of 50% is payable. Any Cancellation received less than 7 days before the seminar, or consultancy activity, will incur the full or 100% of the cost. There can be no cancellation of research paper orders. Pre-designed training packs cannot be cancelled, once they have been despatched. The 50% payment due on order of customised training packs cannot be redeemed, HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute. holding this amount in forfeit, following the breach of contract by the client. Additional payments that are due will be based on a sliding scale from expected delivery date to the date of cancellation.
Where a delegate experiences extenuating circumstances, such as the Denial of an Entry Visa, Flight Delay or Cancellation, Personal or family Tragedy, the production of the relevant documentary evidence will result in the waiver above charges or a refund being made but any refund will be subject to the two hundred Pounds (£200.00) registration fee per delegate. Delegates will be asked to consider taking the course at a later date or another location. A refund will be made only where alternative date and location are deemed by HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute. to be totally impracticable.
While maximum efforts are made to deliver all the courses that appear in the seminar or course schedule, the might be occasions where cancellation or postponement might be necessary. HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute, therefore, exercises the right to cancel or postpone seminars or public courses, where it deems it uneconomic or logistically unfeasible to hold them. The reasons might relate to low enrolment numbers, problems with venue availability, immigration restriction or the unavailability of qualified presenters. Where cancellation or postponement are unavoidable, delegates will be asked to attend the course rescheduled for the same or alternative location, nationally or internationally. While HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute. will make all efforts to ensure that delegates and, or sponsors, are notified of any cancellation or postponement as well in advance as possible, there might be occasions where short notice will have to be given. It is in order to avoid the associated inconvenience, therefore, why delegates are asked for alternative and mobile phone numbers on the Postgraduate Application Form.
Notice of cancellation or postponement of in-house courses and consultancy activities will be given at least one week before they are scheduled to take place but a shorter period of notice might be given in exceptional circumstances. Where postponement of these activities is necessary, HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute. and the client will on a mutually convenient start date. Where there is cancellation of these activities, HRODC Postgraduate Training Institute. will make a full refund to the client within thirty (30) days of its notification of cancellation having been made.

1. HRODC General Postgraduate Diploma
2. HRODC Specialist Postgraduate Diploma
3. HRODC Cumulative Postgraduate Diploma
HRODC General Postgraduate Diploma refers to the Postgraduate Diploma, which consists of generic courses, taken within a three-year period. HRODC Specialist Postgraduate Diploma must be construed to mean a Postgraduate Diploma that consists of related courses. These include: HRODC Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management; HRODC Postgraduate Diploma in Comprehensive Human Resource Management; HRODC Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Management; HRODC Postgraduate Diploma in Comprehensive Real Estate Management; HRODC Postgraduate Diploma in Women in Management; HRODC Postgraduate Diploma in Comprehensive Project Management; HRODC Postgraduate Diploma in Communication and Information Management.
HRODC Cumulative Postgraduate Diploma relates to a Diploma that is granted through the addition of courses taken at intervals over a 3-year period. This type of Postgraduate Diploma might include both General and Specialist groupings. The requirement incorporates the 180-HourRule, wherein a delegate should accumulate at least 180 study-hours, in order to qualify for a Postgraduate Diploma. This requirement includes a minimum of 120 hours Direct Lecturer Contact and a minimum of 60 hours supervised or self-directed study.
HRODCs Quality Assurance
The 50% minimum attainment requirement for the HRODC Postgraduate Diploma and HRODC Diploma -
Postgraduate - is an attestation to our concern for quality and exceptional performance. This standard is in line with most British Universities, some having recently moved away from their traditional 40% attainment requirement. One of the several ways in which HRODC assures academic and professional quality is to ensure that most of its consultants hold a PHD in the their areas of specialism. The lowest qualification of any consultant at HRODC is an MA and, or, MSc. These qualifications are in addition to relevant experience and continuous development. While most applicants to HRODC Postgraduate Diploma and HRODC Diploma - Postgraduate - Programmes are holders of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degrees, some being Professors of internationally renowned Universities, others do not hold a degree but have substantial work and life experience to excel in the courses. In addition, HRODC has instituted the 180-HourRule, wherein a delegate should accumulate at least 180 study-hours, in order to qualify for a Postgraduate Diploma. This requirement includes a minimum of 120 hours Direct Lecturer Contact and a minimum of 60 hours supervised or self-directed study. Specialist Diploma such as the HRODC Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Management consists of 540 hours.
In addition to the above, HRODC has incorporated the following additional Quality measures in its Postgraduate Degree Programme These can also be found in the document Regulation For HRODC Postgraduate Degrees MBA, MA, MSc Programmes1. The length of the Dissertation will be between 15,000 and 20,000 words. Higher or lower limits can only be accepted through special dispensation, tabled through their Dissertation Tutor;
2. Delegates will be assigned one Main Dissertation Supervisor, for formal tuition, and a Dissertation Mentor, who will provide them with informal advice, in conjunction with their Main Dissertation Supervisor;
3. Delegates Viva Voce, or Oral, Examination will be conducted within 3 months of the submission of their Dissertation;
4. The Dissertation Examination will be conducted by an External and an Internal Examiner;
5. The External Examiner will be drawn from a recognized University and will be an Academic in the Discipline, who is not otherwise associated with HRODC;
6. The Internal Supervisor will be an HRODC Tutor, who is neither Delegates Main Dissertation Supervisor or their Dissertation Mentor;
7. The submission date of a Masters Dissertation is expected to be within 12 calendar months of their initial registration for the Degree but can be extended, on application, to a period not exceeding 24 months;
