Wolverhampton is a new and vibrant city and centre of commerce, strategically located in the West Midlands, and the Black Country, so named because of its traditional mining and manufacturing base, providing easy access regional and central governments, regional and national sporting, cultural and exposition venues. The Wolverhampton Airport, slated for development, will provide an even faster link to European destinations and the rest of the world than Birmingham International Airport currently affords.  Wolverhampton is only about 30 minutes drive and 25 minutes by train, from Birmingham International Airport. 35 minutes by tram from Birmingham Snow Hill, Wolverhampton is also 15 minutes by train from Birmingham New Street Station. There is a frequent bus link from Birmingham. London Euston Station is also just a 2 hour train ride from Wolverhampton.
