Training Packs Take The Bother Out Of Planning And Preparing Courses: Have The Tedious Work Done For You!!

In an effort to facilitate organisations that would like to utilise its human resources in employee development or management development, Human Resource and Organisational Development Consultancy (HRODC) provides a comprehensive training packs. Free support is provided to address any issues associated with preparation for or delivery of the materials.

Pre-Designed Training Packs

Each Customised Training Pack includes all relevant training materials incorporating:

An Electronic Presentation Disc (CD/Floppy),
Course Guide, with course schedule and delegate activities
Course Supplement
Additional aids such as videos - where available
Tutor's Guide

The licence facilitates multi-site reproduction and usage of the materials, in their original or adapted format - whenever or wherever the organisation (or public sector department) wishes, within its establishment.

The cost of pre-designed training packs is based on the duration of the course, at three hundred pounds (£300.00) for each day of a course. A Training Pack for a two-day course, therefore, costs six hundred pounds (£600.00)

Power Point Electronic Presentations – without the additional materials such as Course Guides and Course Supplements – cost one hundred pounds (£100--) for each day of a course.

There is an additional Charge for the printing and binding of course guides and course supplements.

The following are the redesigned training packs that are currently available. Other training packs are being developed and will be added shortly. While we promise a 24 hour dispatch time for our training packs, in an effort to keep the information current, because they are constantly under review, we are sometimes unable to meet the stringent lead-time that we have established. The areas that are particularly prone to review are employment law and social care, which are affected by frequent legislation and amendment to pre-existing legislation. We take these changes and additions seriously and want to ensure that you have the correct information that will inform your practice. Therefore, whenever there is a delivery delay for the training pack/s that you have ordered, we will inform you immediately we receive your order. We will appreciate your sympathy and support in our effort to maintain the 'data integrity' of our training packs.

The cost of Customised Training Packs, takes development time into account. The cost, therefore, represents standard cost plus a reflection of the cost of the time that it takes to develop the material. This is currently one thousand pounds (£1000.00) for an equivalent of each one day's course materials.

For a modest charge, you can also have your course guides and course supplements printed and bound in whatever quantities you require.
